I am over the moon (and have been for the last couple of days)!

August has been a great month for both myself and The Domestic Goddess Wannabe!

I want to share with you that this blog is the winner for The Best Cooking Blog in this year's Singapore Blog Awards!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for your support in the last year or so.

After all, where would a blog be without its readers?

It has been an amazing journey, and I have grown and learnt so much since my very good friend, Regina from MummyMoo messaged me with an order to "GO BLOG YOUR RECIPES!" about a year ago.

I have met so many wonderful people, especially the ladies from the Singapore Mom Bloggers and made many new friends.

In fact, it was the super talented Adeline from ABSOLUTE by The Accidental Mom Blogger who designed and made the beautiful hat that I wore to the awards ceremony.

I honestly would not have started blogging, much less win an award, if not for the support of my husband, the LAM, so I want to take this opportunity to say the BIGGEST THANK YOU ever to him.

In fact the LAM is making finishing touches to my new baking kitchen which he built for me as I am typing this post!

Amid all this excitement, I was also featured in the August 2014 issue of Mother & Baby!

I am really blessed and very grateful, and to share my joy and to thank you, the readers - without whom I will not have the motivation to continue sharing my recipes - I am hosting a celebratory giveaway!
